I was a season ticket holder here for four seasons, so I can tell you a lot about these seats. First of all, no cup holders. I've encountered minor league ballparks with cup holders and ushers in the upper deck so you tell me who dropped the ball here.
You can see all of Camden Yard's prominent features really well including the massive warehouse in right field, the Baltimore skyline and the beautiful Baltimore skies. It would be something if you could also see the Inner Harbor from up there but you can't.
The seats are a soft plastic that you've likely encountered at your hometown ballpark. Perfect on nights when there are few fans in the stands and you can stretch out but bad on nights when thousands of Yankees fans storm Camden Yards and sit in your row. Orioles fans are often outnumbered so try to be respectful.

If you purchase season tickets here, they usually run for right around $8 for the entire season but you're going to pay more if you purchase them on an individual game basis. If you're free most evenings and live close to downtown and live baseball, it's a no brainer. If you haven't been to a ball game at Camden Yards, you're really missing out.

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 352, here is a Youtube video shot from there during an Orioles/New York Yankees game at Camden Yards.
