Fenway Park is by far my favorite MLB ballpark in the whole world. My only gripe is the food and admission prices, as they are some of the most expensive in Major League Baseball. Occasionally $12 seats are offered in the outfield but that didn't stopp me from spending $600 for two Green Monster seats at a Mariners/Red Sox game last season.

The experience wasn't worth $600. I can tell you that. But now I can at least say I've sat on the Green Monster. There is something about having box seats and watching the baseball smack off the wall. You can't do that in this section unless you're in the first row. But fans that eat a lot of food at these games will appreciate the benches. It's a very comfortable setting and fun to sit in such a small section and not have to battle the crowds.

You'll still be able to see the replay board but not the old school scoreboard; another real treat at this place.

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from Green Monster 9, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Red Sox/Minnesota Twins game at Fenway Park.
