The pavilion club seats are awesome. Section 12 will give you the luxury of seeing both the infield and outfield equally as well. The seats offer much more room than what you will encounter on the bottom level and you don't have to put up with the crowds when it comes to restrooms, getting food. If you enter thru Gate A on Yawkey Way and turn left, you will be able to find these seats pretty easily, just follow the signs. Fairly certain you can also take the elevator up there as well.
There were at least cup holders in these seats. You won't find cup holders in the grand stand, trust me.

This place obviously has more history than Wrigley Field in Chicago but those two are a dying breed among MLB ballparks today. Even if you're a Yankees fan, you have to respect this place. I've been coming to games at Fenway Park for years and still get goosebumps.

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from Pavilion Club 12, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Red Sox game at Fenway Park on Opening Day 2013.
