This is one of the few terrace level seats not protected by the overhang which was great because I've seen way too many Cubs games at this place with a big fat pole blocking part of my view of the field.

This area feels more wide open as a result of no overhang and it's a large section with a lot of rows. (Starts with row 1 and ends with row 23). At the top of this section, there are less seats per row but that also puts you further from home plate. There are at least cup holders at each seat but be prepared to stand up when someone in your row needs out to exit the row. Also be careful carrying your food items in and out of your row; the rows are kind of narrow and those food items are way too expensive to be dropping.

To your immediate right will be the Budweiser patio area. It's where all of the "fans" stand to discuss business in their business casual dress and occasionally glance at the field to see what's going on. These guys know only who Alfonso Soriano is and still think Lou Piniella manages the Cubs.

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 240, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Cubs game at Wrigley Field (in the rain).
