Section 8 has everything. Close to both the infield and outfield, right behind the Cubs bullpen area (not much of a bullpen). You can have conversations with some of the Cubs relief pitchers if you sit close enough. And 8 is the ideal area for autographs from Cubs players since their dugout is just to the right. I've met Ryan Theriot, Soriano, Aramis Ramirez and Carlos Marmol, all from right in this area.
There is no way you will dislike these seats but expect to pay anywhere from $60-$100 per ticket on any given night. Or should I say day since the Cubs never seem to play night games?

If you want to reach these seats the quickest, just enter thru gate K along Waveland and walk straight ahead. The entrance to section 8 will be on your left. There will be plenty of ushers around to help you find your way but just a heads up; they're very rude and many of them are retirees.

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 8, here is a Youtube video shot from there before a Cubs game at Wrigley Field. Keep in mind that the video is shot from the very first row.
