These are good seats for the money. I'm a baseball freak that chooses to go to White Sox games more because Cubs tickets are overpriced for the production you see on the field.
I don't recall exactly how many rows there were but there were here in 116 but there were easily 35+. We were in row 17 so we were about half way up. The rows have plenty of room to allow fans to get in and out of the row pretty quickly, especially with maybe only 10 seats assigned to each row.
Once you get to the concourse, it's pretty wide but still gets jam packed. Polish sausage and onions is the staple at The Cell and even though it's $7, you've got to try one...when in ROME!

You can bring select foods from Chinatown if they're still in the original carton containers. Nothing from home except for maybe a water bottle is allowed in.
The Cell can easily be reached via the Dan Ryan Expressway or the 35th station stop along the red line. You can drive and park in lots A-G for usually around $15. Regardless of what Cubs fans tell you, your car will not be broken into nor will you be mugged going to and from a White Sox game.

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 116, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a White Sox/Boston Red Sox game at U.S. Cellular Field.
