My brother and attended a Reds/Cubs game here last season and this is where we sat; straight down the third baseline on the top level. I liked the view but I generally like to sit near the infield down low to see the ball whiz past the batter and pick out which pitches are thrown. That's impossible in this section...too far away.
The ballpark really feels intimate and much smaller than it really is. The seats are nicely designed with good views of homeplate. Whenever we come, we like to eat downtown at Rockbottom Brewery, they've got local beers that you've probably never tried before.

Parking usually isn't a problem. If you go to Parkwhiz.com, you can purchase your parking ahead of time and not have to worry.
