577 was an Upper Box section on the far outer edge of the ballpark. Had great views of Quicken Loans arena to the left as well as downtown Cleveland beyond that; not that you must be able to see those landmarks in order to enjoy an Indians game. Our seats also overlooked the Toyota Porch down below, a popular standing room only area for Indian fans.
The club seating below the upper deck is what really makes 577 and it's neighboring sections seem so far from the field. The flow and pace of the game seemed much slower sitting so far away. 577 is about as far from the bases as it gets but the view was still good enough to enjoy the game and follow what's going on.
You can't see the out of town scoreboard from these seats, those are below the bleachers. But that's rather minor. Very unlikely that you will be sitting here, especially now that they keep the upper deck blocked off but hopefully Francona has this ball club steered in the right direction. Especially after our lineup has gotten a bit of a facelift.
