554 definitely has the best view out of the many many sections on the upper reserved level. It's the section directly above home plate so needless to say, when the upper deck is open, these seats are usually packed with fans. The seats are a little cramped together, especially at the arm rests but it's good enough for 3 hours and 9 innings of baseball.
TJ's Burger Block from the 'Burger and Fries' concession is one of the best burgers I've had. It's definitely worth the $10 or so that you'll spend.

I've been coming to Indians games for as long as I can remember, even as a kid when the Tribe played at the old Municipal Stadium. I know they've had some down years but I can't believe there are so many fans that have just casually given up on the team after those late 1990 seasons. The organization can't spend money until you spend it yourself. That's how baseball works.

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 554, here is a Youtube video shot from there before an Indians/Pittsburgh Pirates game at Progressive Field.
