Not a bad seat, Kaline's Corner actually consists of four or five sections in the right field corner. Just make sure you sit lower and closer to the field. The adjacent 2nd level overhang can be a pain if you're sitting in the latter rows of section 111.

Many of the younger Tigers fans are probably wondering why this section is called "Kaline's Corner". It's named after former Tiger great Al Kaline who played with the Tigers for 18 seasons.

If you ever had the opportunity to see a game from the old Kaline's Corner at Tiger Stadium, you'll get virtually the same experience here. Your ticket will have a section and it will either be for sections 107 thru 111. The foul pole can be a nuisance depending on which seat you have but in all likelihood, it won't bother your view. If you're interested in buying season tickets for the Tigers and are on a budget, I would look for Kaline's Corner. Puts you close to the action without breaking the bank.

As you can see in the photo, you'll still be able to see the jumbotron, you just don't get the view of downtown Detroit from these seats. I have sat here numerous times for games and have no problem with the area.
