Had the pleasure of sitting here earlier this season with a colleague; my first time in the Diamond Club. D is the "prime" Diamond Club section to sit in for a game. I say that because of it's location directly behind the catcher/umpire. On the other hand, our seats were a little further back than what I had anticipated but we could judge the depth of the outfield much better here than the seats below. I think you'll also enjoy the wide, padded seats that you'll only be able to find in the Crown Club and no where else in the stadium.
The Royals were playing the Oakland A's that night and ended up winning by a score of 2-0. It's not the sexiest game to see live compared to when the Yankees or Cardinals or in town but I had fun and you can't go wrong with any seat in the Diamond Club. And you'll thank yourself when you get to the nice private restrooms and realize that there are no waits involved.
