Great seats if you want to sit on the visiting team's side; we were right above the dugout the TB Rays were using. The loge level is the 2nd level so the sight lines are perfect. The only bad seats I've had at "The K" were on the top deck, almost near the very top of the stadium. The upper deck is now called the Hy-Vee level which is a local grocery chain in Kansas City.
Section 305 is so small that it's impossible to choose a bad seat. I would suggest skipping row A because of the railing in front of it. Row B would have a view that isn't interfered with as much.

There is an old Comfort Inn directly across the street from Kauffman/Arrowhead Stadium. It's pretty run down but serves it's purpose if you just want to see Kauffman and leave the next day. If you want something nicer, there is a Westin Crown Center, a Drury Inn and a 4 Points by Sheraton nearby. They always seemed to be packed with visitor's that go to the games, especially when the Yankees are in town.
