Great seats to have if you're watching a pitcher's dual since you'll be seated just above the pitcher's mound and the visitors dugout. The Angels were facing the Houston Astros when we went. I keep reminding myself that the Astros are no longer an Inter-league opponent.
Rows in 424 were small so it will become difficult to exit any row without asking your neighbors to get up when you need to get to the restroom. There are plenty of restrooms at Angel Stadium too, more than they needed if there is such a thing.
The leg room is pretty much non existent too.

There was a Panda Express not far from our seats, if you've never had it, it's quality Chinese food for cheap...outside of the ballpark. Inside of the ballpark, it's expensive Chinese food. You can get 2 and 3 item combos.
We always park in the parking lot outside of the stadium, as far as I know, it doesn't have a name or an assigned "color". I usually use the entrance on Orangewood Avanue, parking is $10 and there is no credit card swiper; cash only. Riding the Metrolink may be easier for some fans.

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 424, here is a Youtube video shot from there during an Angels/Kansas City Royals game at Angel Stadium of Anaheim.
