What can I say? These are the epitome of nosebleed seats. The seats are your typical plastic stadium seats. Good enough for three hours of baseball, just make sure you get up in between innings to stretch your legs a little bit.
Section 20 is on the infield reserve level; just above the dugout the visiting team uses. The view of home plate and the pitcher's mound is great. Rows typically begin with row A and end with row V. Row V is going to be really close to the entrance tunnel so there will be zero stairs to climb if you sit in row V.
This place is a pitcher's ballpark. You won't encounter too many home runs but they do fly out there. Dodger Stadium has no swimming pools in the outfield, no water fountains, no skyline view, no "monster" outfield walls or people in kayaks outside of the stadium. This is just a simple, clean, historic place to watch a Major League baseball game. Go Dodgers!!!

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 20, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Dodgers game at Dodger Stadium.
