Good seats if you're able to find tickets in the earliest rows. The later rows will have a cement pillar blocking the view of the field from some seats. The pillars are used as the support system for the retractable roof. Very rarely will you see obstructions in the upper deck of a ballpark but Miller Park isn't just any old ballpark. On most nights though, you should be able to move to better seats if you get stuck with an obstructed seat. They're nicknamed the Uecker seats, named after long time Brewers announcer Bob Uecker.
