Per the Minnesota Twins' website, section 140 is part of the "Great Clips Great Seats" area at Target Field. This area consists of sections 139-141. Formerly the right field bleachers, this area is ideal for group outings and offers affordable tickets for fans beginning at $28 a ticket (2013).
It includes 7 rows of bar stools and drink rails for fans to relax at while watching the Twins. There are also Heaters in these sections to keep fans warm during the early and late season months.

Eliminating the right field bleachers was done so that the right field obstruction of the foul pole could be eliminated.
