Section 313 is one of the better sections to sit in on the View Level. Behind home plate but closer to the first base side where the Twins dugout is.
Shoot for the Terrace seats down in front though, those are just a little closer and the sections are much smaller with fewer seats. Also, a little bit more expensive.
You can easily reach this area by entering thru Gate 29 and you'll see an escalator area straight ahead. You can take it to the top and these seats are close to behind home plate. If you get lost, you can always just ask an usher how to get where you're going. They're all for the most part, very friendly.

I've been to a good amount of baseball and football stadiums and target field is right at the top. They did this place right. Best of all, the weather is almost always perfect. The summers in the Twin Cities are for the most part, very mild.
