These are the best seats to get if you want to be able to see downtown Minneapolis well from your seat. Any seat down the third base side is going to give fans a good view of it anyway. I've been to most of the ballparks around the country and the view of downtown rivals that of PNC Park in Pittsburgh and Comerica Park in Detroit.
If you've sat on the main level for Twins games before though, you will find yourself disappointed on the view level. Completely different experience and lacks the intimacy that comes with sitting next to the field. But you can see all of the player shifts and popups and fly balls really well sitting so high up.
There is plenty to do in the surrounding area in the Warehouse District and it's a safe neighborhood, most of the MLB venues get built in undeveloped areas of the city where fans get uncomfortable at night leaving. No need to worry here, plus the light rail stop is just outside of the outfield gates and it gets way too crowded after games.
