My brothers and I usually do an outing and go to Flushing every season to see the Phillies take on the Mets. It's always intense and the fans like to give each other a hard time. Sometimes it can get out of hand but most of the time, it's only friendly banter.

Section 130, row 17 is where our seats were. It was a small row and we took up most of the row. Row 17 is maybe the 4th row, there is no row 1 here.
Couldn't see the infield and area around home plate that well but good enough. There are two scoreboards in center field so fans always have a good view of it.
On nights when the stadium is half full, these would be the most ideal seats to sneak into if you hold a ticket for the Promenade level.

Getting to these seats are easy. Just enter the left field gate and take a slight right. Section 130 will be on the left but the Jackie Robinson Rotunda is definitely the neatest entrance at Citi Field. It's the home plate entrance.

If you're coming from New Jersey, take the NJ Transit to Penn Station in downtown NYC and then switch over to the Long Island Railroad. Willet Point Stations is the stop for Citi Field, just follow all of the fans.

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 130, here is a Youtube video shot from there in an empty Citi Field.
