213 is great for exclusivity. It's a section where a lot of Mets and Nationals fans can feel safe and not get hassled by the working class Phillies fans. Although when it comes to Phillies fans, nothing surprises me anymore so I could be wrong. But I was left with the impression that everyone in the Hall of Fame Club was pretty well behaved.
We had exclusive access to the Cooperstown Gallery which was neat.

There was no free food or drinks included in our ticket price. In fact, aside from the private restrooms and smaller section and of course the view, the Hall of Fame club was pretty average to me. An entire season package for one ticket would cost $5K and I don't see why someone would pay that. I just need a $20 seat, a sausage and a domestic beer to enjoy a Phillies game.

There weren't even waiters to bring us our food and drinks upon request. If you're given the opportunity to purchase seats here, ask yourself what exactly you need to enjoy a baseball game. For the most part, the Hall of Fame club will appeal to only the casual baseball fans.

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 213, here is a Youtube video shot from row 1 during a Phillies/Cincinnati Reds game at Citizens Bank Park.
