Don't be skeptical about these seats - much better than what I thought. Could see parts of the river that most fans don't get the opportunity to see. At the same time, tickets on the lower level are so affordable, it doesn't make sense to go out of your way to sit in the upper deck. I sat in 305 for a Phillies game so all of Pennsylvania wants to see that matchup so tickets were in high demand.

The seats are a little narrow but exactly what you would expect. There isn't much of a selection in terms of concessions on this side of the ballpark. North Allegheny Refreshment is the main concession and they have an assortment of every item; beer, nachos, hot dogs, pretzels. There is a Quaker Steak and Lube on the bottom level and they've got excellent wings!
