It's no secret that the club level offers the best views of the playing field at AT&T. That's why the tickets cost so darn much. Well, that and we had a private waiter in 211, padded seats with a little more width than we were accustomed to and practically no waits in the restroom and concession lines. The Virgin America club staff are amazing and go way out of there way to tend to your needs. I would recommend section 211 to anyone. The upper level corner in left field is the only seat that I've encountered that I don't like so avoid that area at all costs.

Even if this isn't the best ballpark in the Majors, it's the best ballpark in California although it doesn't boast the history that Dodger Stadium does. If it wasn't on the water, it would obviously become a pretty average stadium so sit in a section like this where you can actually see the Bay beyond the outfield walls. I've always wanted to take a radio out on a kayak and listen to the game from the water. Just one game. There is even an area in right field where you can watch bits and pieces of the game for free which I think is a nice touch for fans. The view of the field out there is minimal, though.

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 211, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Giants/Detroit Tigers game at AT&T Park.
