I've sat in the Diamond Club seats before and section 136 was almost as good. It won't come with any "free amenities" but it's proximity to the field is almost the same. The Mariners were playing the Anaheim Angels and we were right behind the Angels dugout. This was just after they had acquired Pujols and before Mike Trout had really made a name for himself. Those two are a blast to watch in person.
Our seats in row 14 stared right at the pitcher's mound. It's a good spot if you like to see the pitcher's delivery and which pitch he throws because most seats in the ballpark sit behind the pitcher.

This place is huge and you can't really see much in the outfield. I wish they would tear down the bleachers and incorporate the Seattle skyline into the ballpark a little more but you're there to watch a baseball game, so no big deal.

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 136, here is a Youtube video shot from row 13 during a Mariners game at Safeco Field.
