Scored seats in the front row of this section thanks to a scalper on the street although I've never condoned dealing with those guys when it came to buying Rays tickets. There was a little bit of concrete railing in front of our seats but it wasn't very intrusive at all.
I got confused at the beginning because they have the odd numbered sections assigned down the third base side and the even numbered sections assigned down the first base side. It took us a minute but we found our seats.
I love that you can bring in your own food and water to the ballpark, it saves a lot of money that way although I like eating at Ferg's down the street before Rays games. If you're staying at the Renaissance Vinoy or Hotel Indigo, you can eat and drink till your blue in the face and not have to worry about driving to the ballpark. We've done that before!
