Firstly, I had row 14 for a Rangers game last season vs. the Arizona Diamondbacks. Couldn't really see the identifiable features from these seats that make Rangers Ballpark so beautiful. The grassy knoll in center field, the home run porch in right, the decorative suites in center field. To make matters even worse, I couldn't even see the video board from these seats which made it even harder to keep up with the turning points during the game.
For only $5, I couldn't complain too much but there are much better places to sit at Rangers Ballpark. Even the bleachers are better than these seats and aren't much more expensive, so those are a better option for the average Rangers fan.

The upper deck is often where the rowdiest and most passionate fans sit in ballparks around the country. I don't see it up there, I don't know if it's a lack of baseball knowledge in Dallas, lack of passion or just everyone loves the Cowboys.
Just so you know, the rows in this section are assigned 1 thru 23. Just so you know when choosing your tickets online.

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 343, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Rangers/St. Louis Cardinals game at Rangers Ballpark.
