The view is pretty good from this section - when the roof is open, you can see bits and piece of the beautiful Toronto skyline including the massive CN Tower (also overlooks the Blue Jays dugout on the 3rd base side). The most annoying part is that there is railing in every single row that you can lean on but it can be intrusive to the view of short people like children.
If you want to be able to enjoy the game, sit either in the 100s or the 200s.
