First of all, I refuse to call this place the Rogers Centre. It will forever be known as the Skydome.
Could see the outfield and infield really well. The second level is great in terms of sight lines, especially down the first base side. The jumbo tron was in plain view but luckily, it didn't have that many silly games on the screen in between innings.

Ticket prices are reasonable for this area of the ballpark, roughly about $30 per ticket but it could be worse, it really depends on who the Blue Jays are playing.
Aesthetically, the ballpark is just a big bowl with tiers of seating. Obviously the turf is tough to look at especially since there isn't much dirt on the diamond. The retractable roof is sort of neat. And the seats are padded, just like movie-theater chairs but not very wide across.
If you're looking for a cool place to drink before the game to save some money, check out the Steamline Brewery down the street. I would also recommend taking the Metro to the Union Station stop and then taking the skywalk to the stadium; works every time and there will be tons of Jays fans making that trek as well.

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 212, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Blue Jays game at the Rogers Centre.
