To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 123, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Blue Jays/Texas Rangers game at the Rogers Centre.

Section 123 is everything you would expect sitting behind home plate. It is practically adjoined with section 122. 40 rows in this section. Great view of the CN Tower when the roof is open at the ballpark. Other than that, the Rogers Centre is really starting to show it's age. Don't underestimate the sun if the roof is open. You can still get sun burnt here.
Overall, great experience visiting this ballpark. Tickets are affordable considering you are behind home plate at an mlb game. Only paid $150 for two tickets in row 11.
