Had seats in row 12 for the Bulls/Wizards game last April. It was the final regular season playoff game for the Bulls before they made their playoff run vs. the Brooklyn Nets.
Row 12 is one of the last few rows in 325 but the view was still good enough for the $150 we spent on tickets. I can't say that I've ever seen a Bulls game from the lower bowl - can't afford the good seats.
I had a few gripes pertaining to our experience.
-The organization still hasn't added cup holders at each seat.
-Restroom lines were 5 minutes long.
-Usher was rude and will likely ask to see your ticket multiple times.
-Once we got through security, it took forever to find the escalator, get to the top and get to our seats. We missed the first two minutes of the game.
-Ended up watching more of the game on the jumbo tron than actually looking at the floor. Still had an idea which players were which. If your vision is good, you shouldn't have any trouble reading the numbers on the back of each player's jersey.

You can find some decent seats last minute from Gold Coast tickets, the local ticket company in Chicago. They carry tickets for all teams in Chicago, I buy a lot of Cubs tickets from them.

Overall, I would give section 325 a 2/4 stars. Section 325 is a good bargain if you just want a ticket to get into the arena.
