To give you an idea what the view of the court is like from section 312, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Bulls/Toronto Raptors game at the United Center.

312 was not the ideal place to sit, was given free tickets to the magic game last year from a relative that couldn't attend the game.
There were 17 rows. Our seats were in row 11.
I looked online to see how much tickets usually go for in this section. While the price depends on the team that is in town, the first few rows retail at $45 per seat while the back of the section runs $25 per seat. That should tell you something.
You have a corner arena view. Corner of football stadiums is way better than corner of a basketball arena.
