If you have a team in mind that you want to see play the Cavs, section 124 will be great because it sits behind the visiting team's sideline. Sit close enough and you can hear the coaches barking orders at the players and complaining to the referees.
We were in row 12 which was one of the last few rows but still felt really close to the court. Actually, you may want to sit higher than row 10 so that you can see both ends of the floor equally well.

Cavs games aren't what they used to be, obviously because Lebron is gone but Kyrie Irving has breathed life back into this franchise with his play. I think he's a younger Chris Paul. Come out and check out the Gateway Sports Complex, it's always improving and there are tons of bars and restaurants in the Gateway District (House of Blue's, Flannery's Pub, Harry Buffalo). Downtown Cleveland is a lot livelier than a lot of people give it credit for. We always just take the RTA to the game and go out for dinner and drinks afterward.

To give you an idea what the view of the court is like from section 124, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Cavaliers/Orlando Magic game at Quicken Loans Arena.
