I was a little skeptical about these seats when I bought them. I had sat in section 116 on the first level which is exactly below this one and I hated those seats. The chairs were insanely uncomfortable and it was very hard to judge the depth of the court. You couldn't even tell whether a player was shooting a three or a two pointer.

But your eyes can span the entire length of the court rather well from section 218. The bar setup is excellent and I would say the concessions are above average. If you like sitting VIP at a night club, you'll like club seats at the Pepsi Center.
I would imagine these would also be excellent seats for an Avalanche game as well' right above the goalie.
