Rows 8 through 22 make up section 114. It's an end zone seat that sits further back, close to the corridor area near food stands and restrooms.
The players will sit along the sideline to the right where the scorer's table is. If you can get tickets behind those seats, those would be much better than any seat you will find in section 114, for sure.
If you sit here, I have a feeling that you'll be like me and refer to most of the game and replays on the big screens up top.

As far as parking, there is plenty available. The RTD train is the easiest way to get to the game for just a few dollars but if you insist on driving, try to park in the Camry lot near the main entrance. All of the parking lots near the arena are named after Toyota vehicles which is silly but there isn't a ton of off street parking that I know of. Parking is usually $15 but fluctuates every season. Next year it will be $20 per car.
