Section 216 has a great view. I loved being able to look across the court and see into the benches with my binoculars. (You don't need them but they definitely help).
If you're a fan that really gets into the x's and o's, then you will probably love these seats. If you only watch basketball casually, then you probably need to sit closer to the court or at least on the first tier of seating.

I saw the Rockets play when I sat here; I had row 4 to be exact. Not the most exciting team to see play but I had a blast and would definitely sit there again although I wouldn't go out of my way to purchase seats in 216 again. The lower level will always be the best way to enjoy an NBA game. Always shoot for the aisle seat. You'll be able to stretch out a little more and won't have to climb thru fans in these narrow rows to get to the concourse.
