To give you an idea what the view of the court is like from section 209, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Warriors/Cleveland Cavaliers game at Oracle Arena.

I would recommend these seats to almost anyone that isn't TOO picky about where they sit for games. I surprised my husband with seats here as a birthday gift. I thought it would be a nice little extra since the tickets were so cheap and that he would enjoy the game no matter where he was seated. We were in row 6, the second row. And I walked to the top of our section, row 17 to snap a photo of the floor. Those seats would be terrible but you can still see the entire court without obstruction unless you count the goal which does stand in your view of the court but only a little.

209 was a small section. Most of the seating at Oracle is focused towards the lower bowl so it's hard to choose a bad seat, anywhere in the arena. There are two levels of seating in all; not three or four like you'll find at other NBA arenas where the seat fans close to the Heavens.
Despite most of the Warriors woes, fans still turn up in droves which leads me to believe that the same would be true for the A's if they were given a new ballpark to play in. Oracle is the only NBA arena in the Bay Area so it's always fun to watch the Kings, Lakers or Clippers come into town for a game.
