If you're a fan of the X's and O's like I am, section 433 is perfect because of the bird's eye view you get of the court from the upper level. Don't be discouraged about it's location in the corner. This arena has only an upper and lower level so there really isn't a bad seat anywhere in the building.
If you're a foodie, keep in mind that section 433 has the most concessions outside of it than any other section in the upper level. Whether it's frozen yogurt, footlongs, nachos, draft beer, you'll be able to find it all here.

433 was great; we had 2nd row, seats 6 and 7. The view of the court was awesome. There wasn't a ton of fans up there, everyone was kind of scattered all over the section. There were ushers at the beginning of the game but they left after the first quarter so if a fight broke out, other fans would have to run and get security. Awesome. Not sure if it was because the attendance was poor or what but they need to fix that.
Seats for row 1 are currently going for $16 for December's Spurs game so it's a great spot to sit if you're on a budget and just want to get to the arena one night instead of watching the Rockets game at home. Ownership looks like it cares about the franchise after the acquisitions of Jeremy Lin and James Harden.

They had some excellent concessions outside of this section including one with Mexican food which is a must in Texas these days. You can find the concessions on the Rockets website to get an idea of the selection but guess what? The prices aren't on the website. : )
