Good seats if you don't mind the stair climbing involved. Given that, you should probably avoid the upper levels entirely if you're an elderly person or have mobility issues. Yes there is railing up there but it sucks when you can climb down to your seats on the lower level.

I saw the Lakers vs. the Rockets, had been dying to see them in person and I usually sit in the lower level but as you could imagine, those were pretty much bought up and what was remaining was too expensive. I wanted to avoid the corners but still be able to see down the sides of the court.

The Rockets bench sat exactly below us. We couldn't see much aside from the coaches going frantic. Binoculars wouldn't definitely help if you don't mind carrying them around. There were only ten rows total in section 425 so it's hard to choose the wrong seat.
We didn't have any obstructions either so you should have peace of mind when purchasing your seats here.

The Toyota Center is great NBA arena though no where near as beautiful as AAC, home of the Dallas Mavericks but slightly better than the Spurs arena.
