To give you an idea what the view of the court is like from section 418, here is a Youtube video shot from there before a Rockets/Denver Nuggets game at the Toyota Center.

418 sits behind the goal on the upper level. Not a great place to sit simply because the goal obstructs some of your view of the court.
Small section, only 14 rows. Tickets are very cheap. You can get them for $20 most times. 400s are on the second level at the toyota center so you are not too high up.
