I've been coming to Rockets games since I was a small boy with my dad. We would go to "The Summit" which is a mega church these days. The Toyota Center is as nice as it comes.
Section 125 was definitely less than stellar when we sat here last season. It's an end zone section so your eyes will have a hard time spanning the entire length of the court. The sidelines are much better for an intimate NBA experience but unfortunately those are private club seats that the average Rockets fan simply can't afford.
You'll never feel too cramped in section 125, though. It's comfortable enough for two or three hours of basketball and is just a quick shoot from the concessions (food lines move slow).

The only thing I dislike about the Toyota Center in terms of food is that they serve Pepsi products instead of Coke Products. Other than that, the concessions have good variety with a lot of Tex-Mex and BBQ foods available. They also have Papa John's pizza available in some spots (not my favorite). When it comes to food at this arena, the thing to remember is that almost all of the good concessions are in the corner of the arena, both lower and upper. Just outside of section 102 is a Jack Daniels Bar which is super nice albeit pricey drinks.
