214 was essentially a club seat without all of the red carpet treatment. We were on the same eye level as those that pay extra money to not sit on the lower and upper levels. I enjoyed the experience. Our seats were about $45 a piece, not outrageously expensive and a much better alternative to the top upper level. Those seats suck.
The Staples Center has almost an unfinished look to it even after 13 years. The concourses are pretty plain but I guess that's the way it has to be when you have so many different tenants playing under one roof. A few murals or color would be nice but I think the Wayne Gretzsky and Magic Johnson statues were awesome even though they never played at the Staples Center.
