Small section underneath the championship banners on the top level. The section's entrance tunnel was extremely wide and open and at the foot of the section. So sit as close to row 1 as possible if you want to avoid the stair climbing. I don't think there are any bad seats at the Staples Center; been coming to Kings and Lakers games for years and have sat essentially everywhere.
Really like how the sun shines thru the glass and the atrium on this side of the arena. The natural light during sunny day games is perfect for photos of the downtown skyline.
The only unfortunate part of sitting in 308 is sitting behind the net and still paying $40 per seat. If you can't afford a good seat at the Staples Center for a Lakers game, either wait until you can or visit the Staples Center for a Clippers game. I think the arena has done an excellent job at keeping it neutral considering there are four professional sports franchises that call the Staples Center home.

Parking your car is the only aspect of coming to games that can take away from the experience. Lot V near the Blue Line Station usually has some decent parking for $15. Of course, if you're able to take the light rail downtown, do so.
