Sat here for a Bulls vs. Bucks game. Awesome atmosphere, always is - no matter how good or bad either team is. I personally wouldn't sit past row Q, otherwise, you're going to literally be sitting near the very top of the arena. 407 felt extremely far from the court and I have no plans on sitting there or in a similar section again. But they're the most affordable seats in the arena and definitely home to the true Bucks fans.
If you're over 6 feet tall, chances are your knees are going to be touching the back of the row in front of you for most of the game. If that does happen, definitely take a stroll at halftime to see some of the arena and stretch your legs. Binoculars would also be a good idea with seats in section 407.

I was grateful for the escalators that led us up to the top level. I don't do stairs although I'm sure stairs are also available. Escalators are on both sides of the arena in the east and west atriums.
