Had a seat in this section in 2010 for the home opener; that was vs. the Charlotte Bobcats. Thanks to ticket stubs, I still have the ability to see where I sat for past games.
I do recall that the seats were comfortable but I would have liked a little more room between each aisle. Even two inches would have made a world of difference. I wouldn't say that there isn't a bad seat in the arena because that's not true; the upper levels can be pretty brutal. Row A in 402 may have the plexi glass in front of it depending on which seat you get.
You're going to want to enter the "Northwestern Mutual" gate to get to these seats the quickest, turn right down the main concourse and get on the escalators to the top level. The concession food is pretty lackluster but is still expensive. There are too many restaurants in the area to be spending money on concessions. I highly recommend the Water Street Brewery.
