The T-Wolves are usually near the bottom of the NBA's attendance standings every year so you should be able to find tickets in section 208 for next to nothing depending on who the opponent is. We saw the Wolves take on the Houston Rockets and the crowd didn't seem to be into the game at all; 208 had a poor fan atmosphere but we could see the floor just fine. There are no physical obstructions here like there are at the Metrodome.
The only downside to sitting here would be the steep steps fans are forced to climb. Either come prepared and stick as close to row A as possible.

There isn't much of a selection when it comes to food on the upper level of the Target Center, as nice as it is. There was only an ice cream stand and a stand called "District Dogs" near our seats. The hot dogs were $5. No thanks! Beers were even more outrageously priced at $8. I love the Wolves but if you want to see a start of the art professional sports arena, go check out the Wild at the Xcel energy Center in St. Paul. It's beautiful but the Target Center definitely gets the advantage being that it stands in the Warehouse District near so many bars and restaurants.

These seats are great and offer a nice sideline view of the court. Keep in mind that you do risk the possibility of having part of your view obstructed by the railing if you sit in the first few rows but it's very unlikely.
No bleacher seats in the upper levels or anything, every seat is individualized. They could have afforded to give Wolves fans a little more elbow room in each seat but there will be a new NBA arena erected in the city before any further renovations are done, I'm sure.

From the outside, the Target Center looks like one huge arena but on the inside, it actually has a very small feel to it. There are not many vantage points where Wolves fan are unable to view the entire court. I have been seated on the upper levels and the lower levels for many games and have never had any visibility issues.

If you're not too picky about where you sit, upper level season tickets are very affordable in Minneapolis if your schedule would allow for you to attend a lot of the home games (41 of them).
