The Target Center is one of those NBA arenas that doesn't really have any characteristics about it to separate it from the other 28 NBA arenas. I did love the George Mikan statue though few basketball fans know who he was.
112, row W, seat 2 was a great seat though. I went to a game with my father and brother in 2010 while the Spurs were in town; an exciting team to watch play in person. I love how close the organization puts fans to the court, the Utah Jazz arena does the same. It's an intimate experience.

Row W was one of the last few rows but you can see everything just fine and there are plenty of restrooms and concessions close by. I've sat all throughout the arena and while there are no seats with obstructed views that I know of, there ARE bad seats in the building regardless of what Joe Schmo told you. Section 112 will not disappoint, you'll be safe there.
