Saw the Knicks play the Raptors when I sat here. Loved them. Tickets are affordable, seats are padded and comfy, fans are very friendly and knowledgeable. I would imagine these seats would be much better for Rangers hockey considering how much bigger the ice is than the basketball court.

The variety at the concessions stands is practically nonexistent and the beers are darn near $11. Many of the concessions will carry credit card machines but not all.

Only in wacky New York would the seats in the 300s actually sit above the 400s. Don't let it get confusing. Just ask a member of the arena staff if you have trouble finding where you need to go. They're everywhere.

How are the seats in this section? There were lots of seats in each row but as long as you don't get stuck in the middle of your row, you should be fine. Choose seats numbers as close to seat 1 as possible if you have that option.
I bought a number of games from my buddy who has season tickets in this section so I've sat in 414 for a number of games. Great way to attend games because you can get them for face value; find a friend that owns season tickets!
Easier said than done.

There are 7 or 8 rows in section 414 which is extremely small compared to the rest of the arena. I've been to hundreds of events at the Garden and don't think there are any bad seats, especially after they've completed the two phases of renovations.
If you're only going to attend one or two Knicks games per season, go on weekends or for games vs. the Bulls, Lakers or Celtics. Those are always the most fun and festive games to go to and the crowds are always at capacity. You've got to get the full experience!
