To give you an idea what the view of the court is like from section 310, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Thunder/Washington Wizards game at Chesapeake Energy Arena.

Looking at a seating chart of Chesapeake Energy Arena, you probably think these seats offer a bad view but you can actually see the court rather well from the sides. I was impressed. I saw the Thunder play the Houston Rockets. (Yawn.)
The aisles were extremely narrow. If a fan needed out of the row, I had to stand up and let them out, there was no adjusting my knees to let them by. I was in the middle of the row and that's going to be the same story for the upper level of any NBA arena. The seats themselves offered plenty of comfort and the fans rarely stood up which means you can kind of sit back and relax most of the game without having to stand up and down.

Getting to Thunder games can be intimidating since it's downtown and few people live downtown. Whether it's parking or lodging, Chesapeake Energy Center is very accessible even without a light rail station in Oklahoma City. There is a Courtyard Hotel right next to the arena and there are also a Sheraton and Renaissance across the street. The best place to park is usually along Reno Avenue, don't park in the first garage you see that's $10 because a block down there will be a parking lot that charges $5 to park.
