Last section in the arena but definitely one of the better views you'll find in the upper arena of the Rose Garden. I've been an upper level dweller for quiet some time only occasionally siting on the lower levels for games. With my budget, I can see a larger quantity of games by sitting in the upper deck. Not the most ideal place to sit but watching the games live is much funner than at home to me.

The most recent game I was was for the Golden State Warriors game last season. I was in row J which was near the middle. The players looked like ants, no way you can get a feel for their size and athleticism since the game looks much slower from up there. But it's cool to be able to see an alley-oop coming before it actually happens off a pick and roll, etc.

The rows are very tight. Probably should avoid these seats if your knees get stiff.
