To give you an idea what the view of the court is like from section 301, here are two Youtube videos shot from there during Trail Blazers games at the Moda Center.

Center court seats on the upper level.
Upper level is not bad at all to sit becuase the 300s are only on the second level. Rows are lettered A thru R.
Tickets in the upper level can be found for as cheap as $10. Practically anyone can attend a Blazers game which is great.
