Our seats were located right above the Grizzlies' player tunnel which was pretty neat. This is a small section in the amount of seats available- small rows with not many fans in your way. Row C was the first row, so buy those seats if they're available. The corners are pretty poor for watching basketball overall, though so this section may not be for everyone.
This is a very underrated NBA arena. The crowd can get very loud when the team is competitive: I think it probably rivals the Utah Jazz' arena. Both smaller cities but the fans are loud and supportive of their team, especially if they make the playoffs. Also, if you visit Portland for a game, eat at "Spirit of the 77" which is a sports themed bar. It's on Martin Luther King BLVD not far from the arena.
